Main duties and responsibilities:
  • To manage, coordinate and support all logistic/ shipping matters to customers within the Asia Pacific Region
  • Monitor customers\xe2\x80\x99 debt and other financial matters to ensure timely accounts settlements.
  • To work with customers within the same region for timely submission of BAT reports (Call audits/ Proportionality Studies/ Retail off-take).
  • Actively manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 stock holdings at retail to ensure full portfolio listing, zero out-of-stock, and age stock situation.
  • To manage and coordinate with the support team on all the shipments. Full responsibilities for the logistics and shipping matters pertaining to the support team.
  • To coordinate and managed together with the supply chain team \xe2\x80\x93 stock control, etc.
  • Co-ordinate and manage existing customers\xe2\x80\x99 accounts
  • Work with Key Account Manager to achieve targeted Forecast Accuracy.
. Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
  • Excel efficiency and able to read and write in Chinese as you need to deal with Chinese counterparts
