Job Summary:

• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days ; Monday to Friday ; 9am to 6pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 5500 (dep on exp) + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Company transport provided at designated points - West, Central and East MRT

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of administration functions for Brand Management and support to General Affairs Department
• Assist on branding management and Company website management.
• Research, write, design and edit sales collateral for certain target audience and coordinate till publication and material distribution.
• Assist on training and promote aids, telemarketing scripts, advertising copy, brochures, catalogues, display advertising, technical instructions, fact sheets and information booklets
• Liaise with external vendors and agencies e.g. printing media/vendor, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets to ensure that their work meets the organization\'s requirements, deadlines, and budget
• Advice when required on the management and coordination of corporate social responsibilities (CSR) activities as well as ensuring Global mission activities for Singapore office and branches.
• Assist in sourcing of information or conducting of market research activities
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams in the preparation of sales presentations and events such as seminars, exhibitions, boat shows
• Responsible for design layout and content of company newsletters or other publications and write-ups for activities
• Prepare mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics and arranging printing
• Good knowledge of marketing research techniques and databases and experience in marketing analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
• Knowledge of Web design software, Photoshop and UX is plus
