DESIGNATION : Marketing & Campaigns Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
Fairprice Marketplace is a new and innovative business started on Fairprice Online, where third party sellers will directly sell their goods to our customers. One of the key growth strategies of Digital Business is to build a highly profitable Marketplace model, the scalability process improves in tandem with efficient processes for our key stakeholders e.g. Marketplace Sellers, and through this exposure and relevant projects, you would be at the heart of helping Marketplace team to achieving that scalability, This position reports to the Marketplace Marketing Lead and interfaces with the FairPrice Online Marketing and Marketplace teams. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, plan and execute Marketing campaigns for Fairprice Marketplace
  • Support in the retrieval of data, draw insights, and propose actions to achieve Marketing goals of Marketplace team
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
  • Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Evaluate the performance of a Marketplace’s marketing campaigns and strategies through tracking key performance metrics.
  • Conceptualize & creation of Marketing collateral for Marketplace campaigns (eDMs, banners).
  • Develop and work with Account Management team to develop scalable processes for Marketing Operations
  • Interact with stakeholders of different teams involved in Marketplace to ensure new marketing campaigns and strategies are fully aligned with other business units
  • Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
  • Active participation in marketing ideas, value add through self-identified opportunities in marketing and raising profile of existing Marketplace sellers
  • Effective in drawing data insights to support business decisions in the field of marketing


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and interest in driving business improvements through marketing, data-driven decision making, and end-to-end project management.
  • At least 3-4 years of work experience in e-commerce, marketing, or consulting.
  • Outstanding business analytics skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge in graphic design software (eg Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, meticulous and results driven team player
