Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email and display advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive their business objectives/targets.
• Manage and optimise Bank-owned digital platforms to drive engagement and leads.
• Gather and interpret digital metrics, trends reporting and present recommendations. Optimise and be data-ROI-driven in continuously measuring and improving digital campaign to lower CPL/CPA.
• Performance management of vendor partners to achieve optimal results.
• Good grasp of digital and creative strategies. Identify trends and insights, and evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Assist and support in the execution of events as per the Bank's marketing calendar.
• Preparation of monthly management reporting and presentation decks.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 3-5 years marketing experience in B2C digital campaigns
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social and CRM platforms. Media knowledge is a must.
• Data-driven and good understanding of key digital metrics such as traffic, conversion rates etc. with the ultimate objective of driving lower CPL and better ROI.
• Responsible for managing and optimising (display, SEM, SEO etc.) across business units' product suite to achieve digital objectives which include leads acquisition, traffic, conversion rates optimisation.
• Strong grasp of digital and social media platforms and strategies to lead digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to optimisation, tracking and reporting.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadline, meticulous i.e. with good attention to details.
• Knowledge of financial products and/or agency experience would be ideal.
• Self-motivated, team player.
