Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans, creating engaging content, and managing Instagram ad campaigns.
• Oversee social media platforms, curating posts that resonate, and optimising strategies based on performance metrics.

Collaborative Marketing Approach:

• Identify valuable opportunities through collaboration with blogs, magazines, and influencers.
• Foster partnerships to grow our brand presence effectively.

Email Marketing and Lead Generation:

Targeted Email Campaigns:

• Coordinate monthly email campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand and refining strategies based on performance metrics.
• Develop personalised campaigns to resonate with our audience and boost engagement.

Strategic Lead Generation:

• Devise effective techniques to organically expand our email subscriber base.
• Plan initiatives to captivate our audience and build lasting relationships.

Compelling Lead Magnets:

• Create impactful lead magnets encouraging sign-ups and engaging our audience.
• Craft resonant content compelling audiences to connect with our brand.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, demonstrating a solid marketing foundation.
• Proven Expertise: Showcase experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising with measurable results.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess strong analytical skills for data interpretation and effective communication for collaboration and reporting.
• Creative Mindset: Exhibit a creative mindset with a track record of implementing innovative strategies aligned with business goals.
