Marketing Business Operation Manager/assistant Director (sustainable Energy Solutions)

The selected candidate will undertake key responsibilities that includes, but not limited to the following:

What You\'ll Do:

  • Manage a team of operational executives and drive operational excellence through weekly, monthly and quarterly business operations reports across all aspects of the business
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of business and marketing processes and tools including ongoing business improvements
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure business and marketing processes are aligned across functions in partnership with key stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Customer and Marketing teams to solidify internal and go to market processes
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management System to ensure that all escalations are resolved expeditiously, review and ensure process robustness of risk and payment operations
  • Able to use systems and data to resolve business issues and administration
  • Develop training programs and documentations and ensure exceptional customer service standards and provide visibility to the team\xe2\x80\x99s overall performance via specific reporting tools
  • Continuously strive to create a high-performance team, based on solid, ethical fundamentals and develop a culture of excellence.
  • Manage, track and analyse budgets, forecasting, scenario planning, allocation, and optimization for the business unit
  • Facilitate communication and negotiation with stakeholders and project cohort, including preparing regular reports for strategy progress meetings
What You\'ll Need:
  • At least 8 years of project management or operations experience, preferably with the energy sector
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Marketing or related fields
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to effectively manage time, multi-task and prioritise tasks. Experience in delivering projects successfully from concept to delivery is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of customer management operational cadences and processes
  • A tactical and strategic thinker who can work independently, results oriented and attentive to details
  • Energetic, collaborative, and proactive; a team player and leader who can positively impact strategic and operational initiatives
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills, adaptable to changing priorities, conditions, and copes well with complexity and change
