:Our client is a telecommunications and information technology (IT) solutions provider. They are seeking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to drive the marketing efforts, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Working location:- Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT- Monday to Friday, 9-6pmKey Responsibilities:Liaison with Graphic Designers:-Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals.- Ensure that all design work aligns with the company\'s branding and marketing objectives.Social Media and Website Management:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.- Manage and update the company\'s website content to reflect current promotions, new products, and industry trends.- Monitor social media and website analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.Email Marketing:- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, sales events, and company news.- Manage the email database, ensuring it is up-to-date and segmented for targeted campaigns.- Track and analyze email campaign performance to continuously improve open and click-through rates.Event Planning and Management:- Plan and organize marketing events such as sales roadshows, trade shows, and corporate presentations.- Coordinate all logistics for events, including venue booking, equipment rental, travel arrangements, and onsite setup.- Ensure all events run smoothly and professionally, reflecting positively on the company\'s brand.Salary range: S$3500-4500/monthInterested candidates are invited to send in your resume in MS Word Format, stating your past work experience, reasons for each leave, past and expected remuneration.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
