About Our ClientOur client is a global real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Singapore, renowned for its diversified portfolio and innovative approach to sustainable development. With a focus on delivering long-term value, it manages both public and private real estate funds, catering to a wide range of investors worldwide.
- Assist in advancing the client\'s private capital management business through marketing and communications strategies.
- Create innovative marketing materials such as presentations, videos, and newsletters.
- Enhance the online visibility of the client\'s private funds through website and social media platforms.
- Develop a marketing schedule and pinpoint significant industry gatherings (conferences, forums) to bolster the client\'s reputation as a thought leader.
- Oversee and contribute to marketing operations and events for the funds.
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing/communications, either within an organization or at a financial Public relation firm, professional services firm, or financial institution.
- Bonus points for experience at an IPO Public Relation agency.
- Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders across different markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with additional experience in AI marketing tools or design software being advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with robust project management and organizational capabilities.
