Job Description

Our client is a hospitality industry. They are looking for a Culinary & Operations Director to assist their Engineering team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible. This Culinary & Operations Director would be responsible for :

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, journalists, opinion leaders, academic institutions, and corporate partners to enhance public image and achieve multiple objectives.
• Keep the public informed about the latest developments within the group through press releases, media hosting, eDMs, Instagram, and other channels.
• Prepare chefs/managers for interviews by reviewing and practicing Q&A sessions with them, ensuring they communicate effectively, and provide guidance on body language, especially during on-camera interviews.
• Evaluate different media platforms to determine the most suitable ones for effectively conveying our message to the target market.
• Involves in strategizing, budgeting, and analyzing post-campaign results. Additionally, collaborate with Design, Operations, and Culinary teams to plan and execute projects within specified timelines, providing guidance and support when needed to help them achieve their goals.
• Take on the primary responsibility of maintaining and updating various online platforms for the two brands.
• Collaborate closely with designers and external photographers to organize photoshoots and provide direction and written content for various marketing materials.
• Support the director in resolving customer complaints and addressing their concerns.

Requirement:

• Min Degree in marketing and communications or a related field is preferred
• Experience in marketing communications is preferred
