Job Description
Job Scope:
The candidate will be part of a team supporting the delivery of a learning festival held from in July 2024.
The duties will include pre to post event management.
- Event & Registration Websites
o Monitor and update the event microsite and registration pages regularly
- Events Management
o Monitor registration and alert the team for low sign-up sessions
o Send Session Confirmation Note to participants
o Monitor waitlist and trigger email notifications
o May also be required to liaise with different agencies on different events
o Consolidate attendance lists
o Extraction of data from Google Analytic
- Graphic Design/Content Creation
o Editing and resizing images for various platforms.
o Crafting copy for social media, website, and publicity materials.
Requirements:
- Possess strong project management skills, be able to work independently and manage competing timelines.
- Possess good communications skills and is comfortable to work with different individuals.
- Previous work experience in the public service and familiar with HTML/coding will be a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications e.g. Word, Excel
- Familiar with Zoom and MS Teams
- Basic Knowledge in Website Editing (Squarespace)
- Basic Graphic Editing Skill (Canva)
Working Location: Buona Vista
Contract Period: 1 Apr 2024 to 8 Aug 2024
