Job Description
We are excited to be working with this leading container leasing organisation, looking to expand its team in Singapore.This is an excellent opportunity to work with the Marketing Director to maintain and expand the business with APAC clients. You will work with assigned clients, as well as with internal teams on pricing, credit, operations, product and technical. By drawing on your excellent communication skills and ability to respond promptly to enquiries, you will enjoy working in a supportive team and have the opportunity to develop.Key responsibilities will include:-
- handling enquiries and dealing with complaints
- following up on payments
- attending meetings with clients and building good relationships
- preparing weekly marketing reports
- working closely with the Operations team
- follow up on outstanding bookings and communicate with clients on collections
