We're a dynamic, agile, and gritty team that only has one goal in mind: make Mintable the best place on the internet to mint anything!Designed in 2018, Mintology's full suite of NFT-based solution services are powered by the world's first and most powerful gasless minting API with the ability to mint thousands of ERC-721 tokens instantly on the Ethereum mainnet with no ETH needed and zero cost to the environment.As the Digital Marketing Manager for Mintology, you'll be supporting the CMO and the GM of Mintology with building B2B marketing campaigns, creating product launch assets, and developing marketing materials for internal and external audiences, for our clients globally.The marketing team is tasked with showcasing our Mintology flagship products, driving awareness and traffic, running campaigns and promotions to increase acquiring new B2B customers, growing relationships with existing customers, assessing opportunities, analysis and research, and finding creative ways to bring new leads and growth for the team.You will support the marketing team with these tasks and be an innovative problem-solver and project manager that has an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, within budgets, and aligned with our marketing strategy.Job Responsibilities :

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Develop and architect content marketing hub (with Hubspot) to capture new audience, engage visitors, generate leads. Manage end to end email campaign.
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Optimize content SEO and social media, paid media and social media (especially Linkedin) and knowledge of best practices.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Brainstorm and lead B2B events manager to build the best experiential marketing.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, experience in the Web3, NFT or blockchain industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience & track record leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns with the focus on generating high-volume, high-quality leads
  • Deep interest in and knowledge of modern tech topics, web3 space, blockchain and NFT space
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments, a highly organized "doer," with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM to manage EDM campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
