About the Company Coinlive is a one-stop news and cryptocurrency data independent portal serving the Asian market. We pursue timely, comprehensive, professional and accurate information and data, and are committed to providing better products and services for blockchain entrepreneurs and digital currency investors. Coinlive is an in-house brand managed by Newbit Technology. Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the content and maintenance of social media platforms accounts, including Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
• Solve problems and answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team.
• Responsible for the overall community user experience, collect community feedback and suggestions on products and activities, and assist in product optimisation
• Assist with creative and production development for marketing and advertising campaigns
• Strategise ways to develop trending content, plan detailed schedules and film and upload content regularly
• Increase reach, engagement and conversion through social media and content marketing strategies
• Design campaigns to drive user growth and engagement, partnering with different stakeholders to run cross campaigns on social media
• Assist with end-to-end online community operation
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for community expansion

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community operation or related professional experience, with retail user communication skills and PR sense, ideally with community growth skills.
• Possess strong interest in social media content creation and familiar with various social media platforms
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro) OR any other photo/video editing software such as Canva, Capcut, Unfold etc.
• Excellent communication and social networking skills
• Flexible and focused on solutions
• Organized and able to work independently
• Solutions focused, resourceful and strong sense of initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $4,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month Benefits:
