\xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
Manage all aspects of the marketing strategies in Asia including, but not limited to; Consumer engagement, data-driven marketing, social media, CRM and regional campaigns.
Lead and supervise the regional marketing team in their day-to-day operations and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Provide strategic guidance on developing regional marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Work with the broader marketing team to deliver BTL assets aligned with brand and business objectives.
Develop sound PR strategies, including crisis management, that continue to place a company in a positive light.
Oversee the regional A&P budget ensuring the management is aligned with annual/revised budgets.
Lead the go-to-market (WWA) strategy for new product announcements, engaging new and existing customers to build brand advocacy.
Support Asia subsidiaries in maximizing consumer engagement through Magento.
Manage agency relationships to assist in executing digital marketing activities for the company and the relevant subsidiaries.
Oversee marketing activities across Asia subsidiaries, ensuring regional and global objectives are aligned.
Be a key liaison between Asia subsidiaries and HQ.
Manage and consolidate reporting to showcase the strengths of the company where required.
Requirement

Degree in Marketing or a relevant major
At least 7 years of working experience in the consumer industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
Willing to travel throughout the region 10~15%.
Mature, possess drive, initiative and good team spirit with intercultural understanding.
Sound understanding of web technologies such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and social media.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, SAP).
Experience using content management systems, such as Magento is preferred.
Ability to cope with tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask.
