Job Description

Our client is a well-established Medical Device MNC and their innovative products are used to treat acute medical conditions. We are looking for an agile and resourceful marketing professional to join their regional marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clinical sales and branding strategies with local teams and distributors.
• Attend surgical procedures to assess product performance and identify market opportunities.
• Analyze selling process in Southeast Asian markets to identify and resolve roadblocks.
• Lead new product introduction in the region.
• Provide clinical support during key sales events and initiatives.
• Conduct clinical, procedural, and product training for field teams and stakeholders.
• Manage customer inquiries and collaborate with other teams for solutions.
• Actively participate in industry events and congresses.
• Develop brand awareness through targeted initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or related degree with proven relevant experience
• Strong understanding of clinical sales and marketing strategies.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the healthcare industry with a focus on operating room products and services.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to positively influence and guide others
• Experience in organizing and participating in national and regional meetings and congresses.
