Job Profile APAC Marketing Performance and ROI specialist JP Code Approved by Issued by JD was created or last reviewed July 2022 DEPARTMENT APAC Marketing REPORTS HIERARCHICALLY TO APAC Marketing Director REPORTS FUNCTIONALLY TO PEOPLE MANAGED no For our APAC Marketing Team based in Singapore, we are currently looking for a ROI Performance Specialist. Reporting directly to APAC Marketing Director, the ROI & Performance Specialist\'s scope revolves around 2 main areas:

  • ROI of region Marketing Investments, understanding and monitoring the impact of Amplifon marketing activities across countries, deploying an analytical framework for budget optimization among markets and channels;
  • Reporting and analysis of Company\'s Business Performances, covering all aspects of Amplifon operating model, providing in depth understanding of business drivers, generating actionable insights for data-informed tactical and strategical decisions.

Specific activities and responsibilities:
  • Regular review of business performances and marketing spending, based on analysis of company\'s KPIs and Financial figures, as well as external factors;
  • Support and guide countries during forecasting activities (monthly reviews, yearly plans);
  • Built, maintain and improve BI reports for different stakeholders (IT, Sales, Finance);
  • Design and deploy advanced analytical solutions to increase the understanding of key business dynamics, and improve Marketing effectiveness;
  • Guide and support the delivery of local and regional projects within the area of responsibility;
  • Guide and supervise local reporting and analytical activities, fostering the adoption of standardized solutions, to improve scalability and impact of marketing activities;
  • Mine and analyse data from multiple databases to drive optimization and improvement of business insights;
  • Champion a data-driven approach within countries and different organization functions;

Related Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field;
  • Strong inclination to data analysis combined with the same attention and focus to the business impacts;
  • Previous relevant experience (3-5years) in working with large data sets and building statistical models and dashboards;
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel;
  • Knowledge and understanding of Media/Advertisement/Digital logics and KPIs;
  • Proficiency in SQL, R or Python will be considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of MMM techniques will be considered a plus;
  • Autonomous and Critical thinking, strong analytical skills combined with a very good business acumen;
  • Ability to deep dive into details, connecting the dots and building the big picture;
  • Teamwork attitude, ability in working and achieving results through others;
  • Ability to cope effectively with different roles and cultures across organization;
  • Open communication relational & buy-in skills;
