Work with relevant leads from Marketing, Public Relations, Events, Customer Experience where relevant to optimise user experience, tailor content for marketing programs to drive higher conversions, usage and customer engagement
Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts by analysing and reporting on relevant marketing metrics and ROI to drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing and communication initiatives and activities
Partner HR to roll out communication and activities to engage employees on the bank\'s culture
Onsite management of all bank-wide and customer segment events
Support the execution of sponsorship(s) that is/are aligned with the bank\'s brand and business goals
Maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and sponsors, for smooth implementation of marketing campaigns and sponsored events
Ensure proper execution of bank\'s branding identity in marketing campaigns, events and sponsorship initiatives
Curate and draft content related to marketing campaigns, event/sponsorship for PR and social media channels where required
Develop and execute the internal communications strategy to effectively convey bank-wide news, updates, and announcements to all employees
Plan and execute events, including town halls, team building activities and recognition events, target customer segment events to support employee and customer engagement
