Co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors' site representatives including attending site-co-ordination meetings on the progress of MEP works.
Strong manages a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors and vendors to execute works within given timeframe.
Able to resolve site issues with supervisors, main contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and any related third parties.
Responsible to prepare shop drawings, "AS-BUILT" drawings and Materials Bill of Quantitiesrequired for the project.
To handle all the MEP matters including preparing MEP master construction schedule and Testing & Commissioning plan.
Responsible to keep track, monitor and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings, materials and "AS-BUILT" drawings.
Liaise and work with relevant authorities/ subcontractor / client on shop drawing/ equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
