Responsibilities:

Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and construction documents and drawings (Archi, C&S, and MEP). Review and document design document and coordination conflicts.

Establish and manage BIM implementation strategy, requirements, process, workflow, and needs for the construction project.

Plan, manage and maintain the 3D BIM data and complexity of content to meet project deliverable requirements. This includes Build up efficient, rigorous, and normative company BIM system and standards, arrange for creation necessary parameterized family and maintain project files.

Lead and support project\xe2\x80\x99s BIM Coordinators/Modelers and site team at project site including managing Sub-Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s BIM team. Arrange for BIM coordination and preparation of shop drawings, crash reports,3D wall-in simulation, 4D construction simulation and quantity take off.

Well versed in new technologies. (VR/AR, Cloud, Web-based communication, construction management platform, etc.).

Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultant and sub-contractors on site;
Oversee all related M&E issues on site;
Assists Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities
Attends external project meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
Assists Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department;
Ensures works of System Wide Contractors (SWC) and civil/architectural works are proceeded as planned;
Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP);
Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;
Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;
Orders materials required for projects;

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering or BCAA Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination

Minimum 5 years of relevant field in the construction supervision of M&E building services work advanced and progressive BIM technologies with hands-on experience in the Architectural, C&S and MEP discipline

Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of design authoring and collaboration technology tools in construction project.
