Job Description

The Merchandising Assistant will provide support to the merchandising team in various tasks, including product research, inventory management, and data analysis. They will assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, as well as monitor product performance and market trends. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Buona Vista Duties:
50% Administrative support to merchandising operations team, including but not limited to the following:

• System maintenance: Data entry, system activation activities in order to allow further

processing downstream.

• Sample management: Manage master list of samples, track protos/ commercial samples/ ad samples. Manage CS/AD Sample PO in SAP.

Responsible for creating rotation schedules and managing logistics of samples with other markets, including management of temps to sort and tag samples.

• Manage warehouse storage inventory and manages logistics &

• coordination for sample sales when needed.

• Coordinates and executes in office displays of products

• Will be involved in other supporting cross-functional coordination and

• operations in preparation for key milestone meetings

50% Support to Merchandising and buying activities including but not limited to the following:

• Analytical skills: Support in analyze data and generating reports such as sell thru / forecast and provide key take-aways of the season

• Assortment Tools: Support merchandising team in consolidating key information in each

season. Ensuring that information is updated regularly

• Presentation Tools: Support in creating presentation tools and documents for key meetings using different tools

• Ensuring that key merchandising system requests are communicated to global partners

• Assist merchandising team in cross-functional activities with Brand Environment and

Marketing
