Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilies:

Drive merchandising strategies

• Analyze information on the business environment and merchandising landscape
• Provide inputs to formulate merchandising strategies
• Daily update to key stakeholders on any developments and changes both internally and externally - Sample ordering and shipment coordination for the local market
• Analyse monthly sales reports, and make recommendations to maintain a healthy inventory level
• Merchandise Assortment Planning and Analysis - Pricing planning and analysis - Competitor Analysis - Order consolidation, Shipment tracking, Sales Analysis, PO, SO, Item creation
• Assist in SKU Forecast and OTB planning

• Manage and monitor sell-through and inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels
• Accountable for stock inventory and performance of the assigned brands
• Implement assigned category's for house brand's product range and assortment plans, pricing, and promotional plans
• Review house brand product quality
• Analyze customers' feedback on product categories
• Work closely and support Inter-department’s needs.

• Maintain business partnerships
• Provide feedback on the quality and effectiveness of the partnership
• Organize relevant information for negotiations with partners
• Ensure proper management of the partners from product orders to marketing to retail operations
• Local customers allocation and product adjustments
• Local PO, SO, and Item creation
• Coordinate with sales on product issues and concerns from retailers

• Delivery and shipment coordination - Payment follow up to Brand’s Principal, Review Proforma Invoice and compare with actual orders
• Understanding of HSA regulations.
• Update orders and business impact -Coordination with Brand’s Principal on shipments, product deliveries, Item master creation, upload, and update

• Diploma / Degree in any relevant certification
• 2 years and above of relevant experience in merchandising
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills to maintain good communications with internal and external parties
• Independent & able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel skills is required and compulsory
• Familiar with Microsoft Business Central will be added advantage
• Able to Multitask
