MHA Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) aims to bring value to MHA by achieving operational excellence and being a strategic finance partner to MHQ and Home Team Departments (HTDs), underpinned by an empowered finance workforce.What you will be working on:You will be part of the Business Partnering and Capability Development team that works with multiple parties at various levels to plan, develop and implement initiatives to build a Finance workforce that is competent and motivated. You will be responsible to drive and coordinate FSSC-related change management within MHA (Finance and non-Finance community which may be impacted by our initiatives) to facilitate a positive user experience. In addition, you will drive the healthy culture within FSSC and the MHA\'s Finance community to deliver the intended outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and support the implementation of MHA Finance Competency Framework \xe2\x80\xa2 Strengthen alignment between Whole of Government (WOG) and MHA Finance transformation efforts as well as related domains \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, sustain, and enhance training roadmaps \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and implement initiatives to enable Finance community\'s workforce mobility and engagement \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive change management efforts \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and implement initiatives and platforms to encourage collaboration between FSSC and key stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research into culture building in an organization and provide recommendations \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement activities to enable FSSC officers to work effectively as a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate the building of FSSC desired values and alignment of shared vision and values in FSSCWhat we are looking for:Experiences \xe2\x80\xa2 Qualifications in Finance-related fields or Training/Human Resource is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in related fields such as Learning & Development, Change Management, and/or Communications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Finance operations and Change Management strategies. Attributes \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to make sound judgements and recommend solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines. All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
