Strategize, prepare, and submit immigration applications for work passes, training passes, and dependent passes in Singapore.
Provide guidance on complex immigration issues to recruiters, managers, and employees, with clear communication of case processing procedures and timelines.
Handle immigration-related inquiries, including Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, ONE Pass, Training Employment Pass, Permanent Residency requirements, and international travel restrictions.
Gather and verify employment authorization information, maintain necessary records, and coordinate signatories.
Review business visa applications and prepare essential documents for APAC offices.
Maintain data accurately in the immigration case management system.
Monitor authorization expiration dates and filing deadlines diligently.
Regularly update databases and internal visa reports.
Assess immigration eligibility documents and explore potential immigration options.
Liaise with relevant authorities such as the Ministry of Manpower and Immigration and Checkpoints Authority.
Provide support for ad-hoc immigration compliance and research tasks in the APAC region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with at least 6 years of Singapore immigration experience, managing cases.
Proficiency in EPOL/EP eService, SingPass, and CorpPass.
Hands-on experience with Employment Passes and Dependent Passes filing through EPOL/EP eService.
Thorough understanding of procedural and filing requirements for various Singaporean visa processes.
Familiarity with analyzing and summarizing immigration guidelines and restrictions issued by authorities (ICA&MOM).
Knowledge of immigration management software like LawLogix, Miratech, Docketwise, Envoy, or similar systems.
Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only (No work visa will be provided)
