Our purpose for Consumer Channel & Partner Marketing (CCPM) is to be the voice for our customers, create visibility and consistency for our brand and add value through best-in-class global marketing.
We are seeking a Modern Life Marketing lead , (Surface, Windows and M365) and a key member of the Channel & Partner Marketing leadership team for South-East Asia, Korea and India sub-region to lead a diverse, dynamic marketing team responsible for bringing our products and services to life with more than 2.5 billion consumers through our key partners across our consumer channels.
Success will be achieved by facilitating deep integration with internal partnerships, across the S-KI, with marketing planning, product marketing, media and creative teams, category/product management, Influence teams, digital marketing and sales teams, to deliver on business and marketing objectives. At the heart of your efforts will be the target consumers and retail partners, as your work will drive consumers through the funnel to a point of conversion in retail.
The Marketing Lead for Modern Life (Surface, Windows and M365) will be a subject matter expert across the product range and a B2C marketing expert, who understands the consumer and the media and retail landscape in our sub-region. You will be responsible for building end to end marketing plans across your product portfolio, to land and activate product priorities that exceed the business goals. You will work closely with the product category teams, marketing planning, partner readiness & influence, digital, sales and partner marketing teams in S-KI, to build effective campaigns and marketing tactics that impact all parts of the marketing funnel. This will include ensuring consistency at all touch points include direct to consumer and thru partner co marketing as well as online & in-store merchandising, product evangelism and direct sales motions. This role is pivotal and accountable to drive growth in revenue, profit and share for Windows, M365, Surface and CCSM. Your passion for our products, consumers and our partners will support the teams in the sub regions to deliver execution excellence, a strong focus on ROI and accountability to conversion.
You will act as a thought leader, a trusted advisor to drive strategic decisions about the marketing strategy and marketing mix including direct to consumer, social, digital platforms, in-store presence, and retail activation. You're an omnichannel expert, who will support landing effective consumer messaging and omnichannel marketing tactics. You will also be a champion of the brand and an evangelist of connected product stories, as you think globally while acting locally, ensuring that brand messages are localized effectively. You'll drive impact by leveraging data and insights in order to create more effective marketing, personalized experiences and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for driving research and sharing and utilizing insights across marketing tactics for modern life products.
You will also be someone who is passionate about inclusivity and are inspired by collaborating with high performing and multi-cultural, sales, category, and marketing teams. Whilst this is an Individual Contributor role, it is also a leadership role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills through the leadership of virtual teams across S-KI.
