Job Description
The main task is to collect and document all outputs generated guaranteed or otherwise for specific clients.Upload clean copies of output in assigned folders located in a G Drive.Monitoring Officer:
- Document outputs related to a specific client's portfolio.
- Output categories can be TV Segment, TVC, Radio Interview, Radio Ad, Radio Segment, Radio Commentaries, Online interviews, Online news, SOCMED posts from reputable news outlets and popular blog sites.
- Upload output in specific folders located in a G Drive.
- Update summary tab for proper archiving.
- Report directly to Monitoring Head.
- At least college level education
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Organized, effective in multi-tasking and possesses good time management skills
- Fast learner and can work independently
- Willing work on weekends and holidays (if necessary)
- Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig and in Quezon City
- Three times a week report to office
- Two days, WFH
- Paid training
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
