Job Description

:Responsibilities:

• Spearhead overall planning and implementation for Bloomr.SG Multi-Channel Network and its creators.

• Define and establish local and regional partnerships, including MCNs, Commercial Brands, Creators and Production Houses to develop the MCN business.

• Work across international and local brands to develop integrated partnerships and branded content solutions to agencies and client partners, across digital and social solutions.

• Develop and implement new business models across creators and content, ensuring viability in the market.

• Oversee marketing and content across Bloomr.SG MCN campaigns, ensuring synergy and alignment to brand and campaign objectives.

• Lead key revenue-driving campaigns from start to end, including overall strategy, content production, execution and data analysis.

• Manage revenue pipelines including proposal, pitching and execution.

• Manage and execute training programmes under the Bloomr.SG MCN, including liaison with key internal and external stakeholders. Ensure objectives and deliverables are met sufficiently.

• Drive growth of the overall MCN and across its creators channels.

• Secure funding and oversee execution from IMDA and key partners to develop content creator industry.

• Budget planning and management across various businesses under the MCN.

• Implement tracking system across local content creators, including data findings and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge on executing strategy mplementation.
• Knowledge on how to manage team optimization, management & expansion.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Development / Project Management.
