We provide smart, trusted and secure solutions to empower commerce across all channels: in-store, online and on mobile.Today, with our products and services, merchants can accept any means of payment, from credit cards to alternative payment methods, be it in store, on line or on mobile and allow consumers to have a seamless payment experience.JOB PURPOSE/MISSION: This is a new role focused on identifying sales opportunities using some of our (or partner) evolving technologies beyond conventional payment acceptance devices (HW devices accepting card payments with a sales assistant present ("attended")). Particular focus will be around the unattended market (EV charging stations, Vending Machines, Self-Service Payment devices) and SoftPOS (software solution riding on BYOD (Bring Your Own Device eg using retailers own mobile phone) for payment acceptance model - primarily for smaller merchants.The role will need to have a good grasp of the payment acceptance market, market trends and new payment solutions from a technical and business perspective. This will entail understanding the total ecosystem, customer experience expectations, end-to-end processes, and solutions. The candidate will have experience in developing new types of business partnerships and sales models.The role will also be expected to determine the total addressable market, and opportunities for Ingenico and develop a prioritized go-to-market plan. Key success measures include qualified pipeline developed and in-year sales revenues achieved.Although based in Singapore, the role should be able to identify regional opportunities by primarily working with Singapore customers/partners. However, the role could grow into a regional subject matter expert supporting (and being rewarded for) deals in partnership with other South Asia countries.REPORTING TO: Head of Terminal-as-a-Service, APAC (who is also Head of Sales, Singapore)PROFILE . Manage and support partners who are expanding across Asia in the Unattended space and SoftPOS . Identify solutions/services resulting in sizeable recurring revenues over a period of time . Work with internal teams and partners to identify the overall solution and operating model . Help drive internal teams/partners to develop solutions and the ongoing support model . Derive new commercial models consisting of ongoing recurring revenues . Monitor, review and achieve sales target quarter by quarter . Monitor competitive landscape and market changes . Develop a thorough knowledge of Ingenico and complementary products and services . Develop and implement effective local market sales and marketing strategies that maximize sales opportunities . Conduct scoping and design workshops with partners/customers . Deliver effective presentations and proposals to customers and business reviews to management . Identify, respond and solve business issues for clients and provide win-win solutions that add value . Prepare value proposition presentations .
