Job Description
Our client is an established nursing home operator offering residential and dementia care for seniors, supported by a team delivering quality healthcare and daily living assistance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coach the Nursing Department to maintain operational efficiency, quality care, and service standards. Oversee a multi-disciplinary team including nurses, attendants, physiotherapy aides, and rehab staff to ensure patient care, customer service, and discharge planning are well executed. Ensure compliance with nursing standards set by MOH, SNB, and AIC, while managing duty rosters and leave. Plan and evaluate nursing care in response to residents' changing needs and ensure smooth transitions from acute to step-down care. Oversee treatment administration, therapeutic programs, health education, and counselling for residents and families. Train, mentor, and assess nursing staff through clinical training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to training material development, product evaluations, and nursing research to enhance care delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
Valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Min 2 years of relevant experience as Nurse Manager or Nurse Clinician Possess strong leadership and people management capabilities Candidate with more years of relevant experience may be considered for senior position
Salary: $8,000
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
