Description
- Provides strategic oversight to Nursing Services team and collaborates with both internal and external partners to roll out a holistic care model in support of the Foundation\'s push for integrated service delivery and partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Reviews and develops nursing practices / operational policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and to address new care models or emerging healthcare needs
- Leads and drives quality improvement and patient safety initiatives (task force) and training programmes in accordance with the Foundation\'s directives and/or external regulatory requirements, in addition to providing oversight to the infection control practices/ standards.
- Oversees Nursing Services\' budget / expenditure to ensure optimum resource allocation / utilization and financial effectiveness of clinical and operations activities.
- Reviews and manages manpower planning, retention and capability development strategies to ensure long term resource sustainability in effective delivery of patient care services.
- Min Degree/Masters in Nursing and preferably with post qualification in Renal or Nephrology Nursing.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and holding a valid annual practicing certificate.
- At least 15 years of work experience, of which 8 years must be in a senior management role in healthcare setting
