DESIGNATION : O2O/Omnichannel Program Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
FairPrice is currently hiring for an O2O/Omnichannel Team Lead (Projects) to join the Digital Business organization. The Digital Business organization is responsible for serving the needs of our customers seamlessly across channels and verticals with one Everything Food digital experience. As part of the O2O Grocery team, you will be working with a team of highly motivated professionals across various functions to identify and address customer pain points along their grocery shopping journey using innovative digital solutions. You will be an advocate for FairPrice omnichannel solutions. You will play a key role in the O2O Grocery team, supporting the initiatives that the program team is working on. This role will see you reporting to the O2O Program Lead and you will be working closely with internal team members from the Program (projects) team, Operations team and Store teams. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer enquiries addressed to O2O team and liaise back with Customer Service team
  • Investigate on these customer enquiries via dashboards and/or appropriate stakeholders
  • Manage assets requisition, recording and updates of assets information in tracking documents
  • Administrative duties to support O2O operations eg. dispatch of assets, create and update sku tags etc
  • Support and conduct testing of new features
  • Create announcement notes to stores for new features
  • Create and maintain training materials
  • Create and update process maps
  • Conduct and/or support training to users when required
  • Regular checks to ensure that Scan & Go processes and product are working as expected in stores


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Self-starter and self discipline to complete tasks within given time frame
  • Keen eye for details
  • Outspoken and provides suggestions for improvement and automation of tasks
  • Passion and comfortable with digital solutions to improve customer’s shopping experience
  • Diploma holder or 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a retail environment


OTHER INFORMATION
Working hours & location:
  • 5-day work week
  • May be required to work from store to carry out certain tasks eg. user testing when necessary
  • HQ Office Location: FairPrice Hub (next to Joo Koon MRT station)
