Service Account Manager is the person that builds and maintains long-term relationships with a group of customers. Internally, Service Account Manager does not work on the daily operations of an account directly but oversees dealing with client relationships of assigned account. Service Account Manager is the bridge between Envision' s key customer and Envision teams. Successful Service Account Manager should have good communication and collaboration skills, basic analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ideal candidates will also have experience in project management and giving professional presentations.Responsibilities: Part of O&M team, handles customer Participate in client facing discussions to understand client concerns or requirements Follow up and coordinate with internal parties to address client concerns or requirements Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues. Understand basics of cloud technologies and microservices, be able to elaborate product features to clients, and elaborate client requirements to technical/sales teams Drive client meetings, provide timely report according to operations metrices Vender managementRequirements: Bachelor Degree e in Computing or Information Systems or equivalent At least 7-10 years of experience in a client facing role as operations or relationship manager Vender management is necessary Team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines. Highly versatile and adaptable to changes, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment, and able to cross multiple functions. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Prior working experience in consulting firms or Internet Company is a plus. Good understanding about IOT technologies is a plus
