Oversee and coordinate of all facility management matters such as work-desk allocation, fixed asset inventories, office renovation, door access, phone system, printers, installations, and relocation, etc
Manage procurement and administration for all office supplies, assets and inventories.
Point of contact and negotiator with various stakeholders for all building maintenance and office administration related matters
Handle business relationships between building management, contractors, and existing tenants
Manage site tenancy agreements, renewal and ongoing tenancy matters etc
Manage company events, employee welfare such as gifts and swags etc
Manage office and customer appointments, events, and social bookings etc
Coordinating with various stakeholders for internal office operations and processes
Responsible for building maintenance, overall hygiene & cleanliness, and overall site security matters
Responsible for company workplace health and safety matters
