Responsible for liaising: with landlord on tenancy agreement matters; building management for all building matters; cleaning company for cleaning contract matters
Office access card, phone, office renovations etc
Stationaries and office supplies inventory
Reception duties including phone calls, welcoming guests and making beverages
Meeting appointments
Arranging for staff welfare eg lunches and birthday celebrations
Maintaining filing systems both physical and online
Arranging accommodation/flights/entertainment for incoming visitors
Assisting in HR matters like payroll, performance reviews, application for work passes
