Job Description

Manage office facilities, vendor relations, and procurement while ensuring workplace safety and visitor hospitality.
Provide comprehensive administrative support including travel coordination, expense tracking, onboarding, and event planning.
Process purchasing requests and facilitate payment workflows between technical teams and accounts payable.
Support offshore operations through documentation preparation, cost tracking, and maintenance of technical materials.
Ideal Candidate:
An organized multitasker with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Detail-oriented problem-solver capable of working independently across departments.
Previous exposure to offshore operations or technical environments is beneficial but not required.
