Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the department and directors
  • Handle front-desk administration and welcome guests
  • Answer phone calls
  • In charge of attendance and leave records
  • Flight and hotel bookings
  • Purchase of office stationaries and pantry supplies
  • In charge of office facilities maintainance
  • Coordinate and plan company events
  • Track expenses
  • Assist with employees\' onboarding and offboarding
  • Any adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
