Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team on operational work and projects
Support planning and logistics when hosting local/overseas guests
Support Investor Relations and Communications department for printing of presentation packs and hosting of company events
Assist in travel arrangements such as flight, accommodation, visa application, and negotiate corporate rates agreements.
In charge of overseeing office equipment such as tracking of office equipment, conduct research and quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance and repair, etc.
Facilitate as IT administrator and liaise with IT Helpdesk
Perform Receptionist duties as an alternate to Main Receptionist.
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years\' experience of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Good with design software (such as Adobe and In-design)
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Preferably with experience with Office Management and facilities
