BASIC BOOK KEEPING/ADMIN WITH EXPERIENCE IN INTERIOR DESIGN INDUSTRY
Job Scope/Responsibilites
- Simple & Basic book keeping
- Sales & Purchase invoices filling
- Simple placing of orders (Guidance provided)
- Handling staff working hours & leave recording
- Managing commission claim sheet
- Other ad-hoc assigned
- Working hour : 9:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin (Even better if its in ID company)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word
- Organized, Meticulous & Analytical
- Has passion to learn
- Potential career advancement in the event company size grows
- Yearly bonus depending on performances
