Job Description


:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Assist the HR team with general HR administrative work
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management or team
  • Manage general correspondences and reception duties (guests, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support office management for the wellbeing of employees
  • Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirement:
  • Eligible to Diploma or ITE Certificate
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Office Administrator
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Additional information:
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to $4000
  • Located in Ubi
  • Familiar with Travel Arrangement for Stakeholders and Inventory of Office Equipment.
  • Proactive with employee activity arrangements
