BASIC BOOK KEEPING/ADMIN WITH EXPERIENCE IN INTERIOR DESIGN INDUSTRY Job Scope/Responsibilites

  • Simple & Basic book keeping
  • Sales & Purchase invoices filling
  • Simple placing of orders (Guidance provided)
  • Handling staff working hours & leave recording
  • Managing commission claim sheet
  • Other ad-hoc assigned
  • Working hour : 9:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin (Even better if its in ID company)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Organized, Meticulous & Analytical
  • Has passion to learn
