Seeking an experienced and professional general administrator who has worked in a regional environment who is used to multi-tasking, working on deadlines, can work independently, is logical, mature and can handle job related stress.

  • general filing
  • handling suppliers
  • day to day smooth running of the office and training centre
  • supporting the Regional Director in all matters
  • supporting the regional team of managers
  • IT proficient (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Microsoft 365 management)
  • good communication skills both spoken and written
  • supporting marketing admin function (managing the folders, sending information and files to customers, distributors)
  • office supplies management and replenishment
  • office cleaning management
  • mail and courier
  • office expenses
  • supporting local and regional events from ordering supplies, dealing with contractors and suppliers, deliveries, set up and set down, getting quotes
- communicating with Head office colleagues (Italy) - Distributors across APAC
