About Our Client
Our client is an established brand which produces and supplies industrial equipment to the local and regional market. As they work on the local expansion, they are looking for an Office Secretary to support the office admin as well as the travel arrangement for the Directors.
Your responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the HR to create a positive working culture
- Managing the office facilities and office supplies
- Working in a team for company events and activities
- Supporting two Regional Director in calender arrangements and travel booking
- Consolidating information to create PowerPoint Presentation slides on a monthly basis
- Working with Excel and other Microsoft Office soft-wares
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate must have:
-at least 6 years of experience in supporting Senior Executives
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
