Maintain and update

Support the
procurement team
with purchase orders, material requests, and supplier coordination.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and communications with external stakeholders.
Monitor and replenish
office and site supplies
, ensuring inventory is well-managed.
Prepare basic
reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
for management review.
Liaise with site supervisors and contractors to facilitate

Proven experience as an Office Support Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in the

Good written and verbal
communication skills
