1 Year Contract – Officer (Customer Service Officer)
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, making outbound calls and respond to customer's email.
Provide product and service information to customer.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers and explaining possible solutions.
Process application, renewals and endorsements.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Any other administrative duties and/or projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
This position requires to provide advice to customers and therefore, it is mandatory to have BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI insurance certificate. At least a minimum of BCP and PGI Insurance Certificate.
Diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Centre sales environment in General Insurance.
