1 Year Contract – Officer (Customer Service Officer)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, making outbound calls and respond to customer's email.
  • Provide product and service information to customer.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers and explaining possible solutions.
  • Process application, renewals and endorsements.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Any other administrative duties and/or projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • This position requires to provide advice to customers and therefore, it is mandatory to have BCP, PGI, ComGI and HI insurance certificate. At least a minimum of BCP and PGI Insurance Certificate.
  • Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Centre sales environment in General Insurance.
