Summary The role of Officer, Groups Pricing is to provide support to the Groups Pricing team in developing and implementing pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize network revenue.ResponsibilitiesGroups Pricing SupportTimely process and quote ad hoc groups requestSupport Groups Pricing team by consolidating historical and market data, such as competitors\' fares, that will be used for analysis to help drive commercial strategiesTimely and accurate filing and distribution of Scoot Groups fares, surcharges and taxes in direct and indirect sales channelsPreparation of regular reports on route performance, booking profiles and other relevant metrics to facilitate decision-makingSystems Settings/ MaintenanceEnsure timely and accurate update of fare, surcharges & discount in relevant distribution channelsAssist with system UAT projects and coordinating with cross department on administrative mattersProject, Process improvement & InnovationInvolvement in developments that will spearhead future revenue growth and efficiency gain of the companyInvolvement in analyses that facilitate data-driven decision making within and outside the departmentUnderstand the platforms (possibilities and limitations) and create shared knowledge base for the departmentForm work processes that will streamline output within internal stakeholdersSubject to new task assignment by the departmentRequirementsDiploma, preferably in a numerical disciplineProficiency in Excel a mustroficiency in SQL/Power BI will be an advantageKnowledge of building and running macros a strong advantageGood working knowledge of Pharos and fare filing experience will be advantageousDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyAble to adapt to a fast changing environmentSkills:
