Operation Assistant (logistics/ Tuas)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the import shipment ETA, handling documents to appointed forwarder for cargo clearance & update inventory report.
- Liaise with freight forwarder to secure vessel space
- Process Sales Order once received from Sales department.
- Liaise with internal departments and create Standard Transport Order (STO) in SAP system & generate picking list.
- Transport arrangement
- Verify supplier invoice before proceeding to create Payment Request in SAP.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any fields
- SAP knowledge
- Knowledge in using Microsoft office
