Job Description


Job Purpose

Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the Rail Engineering Consulting and Sentosa Monorail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations in administration, and documentation, and provide admin support to the Rail Engineering Consulting and Sentosa Monorail.
  • Liaise with HR for any personnel matters raised by staff.
  • Coordinate the leave schedule with the respective in-charge.
  • Administer the work schedule and duty roster for staff in the SAP system.
  • Monitor staff training needs and facilitates training arrangement.
  • Maintain office supplies and general inventory.
  • Manage and coordinate the feedback/complaints from commuters and follow-up replies to the complainant.
  • Assist and support the procurement process via related software.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, Suppliers, and Contractors on goods delivery and maintenance services.
  • Coordinate and process the renewal of the Island Admission pass for all Sentosa Monorail staff.
  • Manage rental vehicles such as monthly rental payment, petrol, parking fee, and cash card etc.
  • Conduct random stock count and security checks on the Sentosa storeroom as an independent party.
  • Compile necessary performance reports on a weekly, monthly basis etc.
  • Require travelling between different offices to perform duties.
  • Any other job-related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience in administration.
  • Experience in using Excel to prepare spreadsheets and compile reports.
  • Have experience in customer service handling complaints.
Skills

Technical skills include:
  • Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Documentation Management and Knowledge Management System.
Generic skills include:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Customer service oriented in communicating with internal and external parties.
  • Teamwork.
