Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all in-coming calls on Online customer enquiries /dealing with Customer Enquiries(Email , Online platform enquiries )
  • Administer Daily Order process duties , Arrange deliveries, Check delivery status ,Data Entry and stock packing ( if Necessary )
  • Handling documentation (Invoice etc )
  • Update and monitor Inventory stocks status
  • Weekly / Monthly physical stock take
  • Coordinate day to day operations to secure efficiency
  • General administrative duties as assigned
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
  • GCE ‘A’ Level/ Nitec / Diploma or equivalent with minimum 1 year relevant working experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skill & Positive working attitude
  • Highly organized and meticulous
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
