Autonomous role in admin, operations and executive support
About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in providing experiential learning programs. They offer innovative solutions that combine interactive learning experiences, proven content, and practical tools to help organisations achieve their goals and drive positive change.
Collaborate with the sales team and clients to establish workshop delivery schedules
Take charge of managing the booking and on-boarding procedures for clients and participants
Oversee and facilitate to ensure smooth workshop implementation and availability of print materials
Working closely with the sales team to generate contracts such as Service Agreements using preexisting templates
Provide executive assistance to the management team, e.g. CEO and COO
Follow up on invoicing details and maintain communication with clients to ensure prompt payment and address any inquiries or issues
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have at least:
Previous experience in a similar administrative and operations role
Proven track record in managing booking and on-boarding procedures for clients and participants
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Familiarity with the learning and development industry is beneficial but not mandatory
