Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day Middle and Back-Office Operations
• Middle and Back-Office accounting operations
• Assisting with the Financial audit of funds
• Primary point of contact for Level 1 support for allocated Fund Manager
• Maintain full log of tasks and activities
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term goals and objectives
• Communicate regularly with Team Leader and Management regarding day to day matters
• Implement decisions made by the Team Leader and Management
• Any other ad-hoc duties
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 1 year relevant working experience deaing with Cryptocurrency
• Understanding and experience with the asset management indusry is pre-requisite.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage clients
• Ability to take initiatives and manage allocated projects independently.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration between staff, clients, peers and service providers
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks in an accurate and thorough manner
• Providing the appropriate service level to clients
• Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with Clients
• Knowledge of operational technology, best practices and procedures
• Proactive and hands-on
• Ability to work effectively in a climate of growth and change
• Knowledge of Broadridge Paladyne Portfolio Management System
• Knowledge and understanding of general Financial Regulatory Requirements
• Knowledge of Cayman Islands Fund Regulatory Requirements
• Knowledge of CFTC and U.S. SEC Regulatory Requirements
