An exciting Operations Analyst job has just become available at one of the most respected global banking institutions based in Singapore. This is a role for an Operations Analyst within a trust team who is a fluent in this field.

About the Operations Analyst Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for performing name searches, client due diligence, transaction monitoring and ongoing monitoring and review of identified AML/CTF risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Client Due Diligence prior to onboarding of client relationship and support ongoing monitoring and review of the identified risk
• Conduct financial crime investigations, transactions monitoring, and disposition of name searches alerts
• Follow through on uplifting SOW/KYC and ensure AML controls, processes and procedures are adhered to
• Review Client Due Diligence documentation
• Perform Trust Management related tasks such as creating payment cards, asset transfer cards, incoming cards, preparing minutes, and other related tasks
• Liaise with the RMs and other stakeholders for trust administration matters

To succeed in this Operations Analyst role, you will need to have the ability to work in a private banking/wealth management environment. This role will mainly cover SOW/KYC uplifting and day-to-day trust management processes such as transaction monitoring, creating payment cards, filing of trust documents, investment performance review, and other related ad hoc tasks/project-specific clean up. Given the broad scope of work, candidate will need to have learning agility and perseverance to challenge themselves and excel in the tasks entrusted.

Key Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a bank compliance role or trust manager role
• At least one year of regulatory team experience with a Big 4 accounting firm, reputable consulting firm and reputable accounting firm
• At least one year of experience in a licensed trust company in Singapore in trust administration
• Strong analytical, reasoning skill, organised and detailed person
• Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree from a reputable university
• Mandarin-reading skill is a plus as the candidate is required to work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Strong working experience in a bank compliance role or trust management role
• Compliance background and experience rating Google Searches, Factiva Searches, and World Check
• Familiarity and knowledge in reading bank statement, debit advice, credit advice, and other bank forms
• Understanding of trust concepts
